Landlords in the Housing Disrepair Index
These 15 landlords appear in our set of published Housing Ombudsman decisions. Each page sets out what the Ombudsman found, issue by issue, and links to the decision itself.
This is not a ranking
The set was chosen because the complaints concerned damp, leaks, heating or pests, so the number of decisions against a landlord here reflects what we read — not how often that landlord is complained about, and not how it compares with any other. A landlord absent from this list is not thereby a landlord without decisions.

How this was compiled
Every entry comes from a decision published by the Housing Ombudsman, checked field by field against the source. The index holds the whole set with downloadable data, and the methodology sets out how it was produced and what it cannot tell you.
