About RemedyBridge
RemedyBridge helps tenants in England and Wales who are living with unfixed repairs — damp, mould, leaks, broken heating and other serious problems. We check the facts behind your situation, help you organise your evidence, and — only with your permission — introduce you to an independent solicitor for specialist legal review. Checking your situation is free, and you decide every step.
Who we help
Renters in England and Wales — council tenants, housing association tenants and private tenants — whose landlord has not put right a repair they are responsible for within a reasonable time.
What we are not
We are not a firm of solicitors and we do not give legal advice. We do not decide whether you have a legal claim, and we never value a claim or promise an outcome. A solicitor makes those decisions.
How an enquiry works
- 1
You tell us what has happened
Answer a few questions or leave your details. It is free and there is no obligation.
- 2
A person reviews it
A member of our team looks at your circumstances — never handled automatically.
- 3
We help organise your evidence
Photos, your reporting history and any repair references, kept in private storage.
- 4
With your permission, we introduce you
If your enquiry looks suitable, we introduce you to an independent solicitor who decides whether it can act.
How the solicitor introduction works
If your enquiry appears suitable and you give your permission, we introduce it to an independent solicitor. That firm is separate from RemedyBridge. It carries out its own checks, decides whether it can act, and explains its own terms and any funding arrangements before you decide whether to proceed. You are never obliged to go ahead.
Our commitments
- a person reviews every enquiry;
- we act, and introduce you, only with your permission;
- evidence is kept in private storage, never sent by ordinary email;
- checking your situation is free to you.
Where we operate
RemedyBridge is operated by RemedyBridge. Our base is Manchester, UK. We help with properties in England and Wales.
